Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thin Crust Cheese Pizza Review

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thin Crust Cheese Pizza

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thin Crust Cheese Pizza is described as a blend of reduced fat cheeses with a tangy tomato sauce on a crispy-thin crust. There aren't too many "real" pizza substitutes that I've enjoyed, but this one looked good on the packaging, so I was anxious to try it.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 pkg (124 grams)
Calories: 280
Total Fat: 9 grams, 13%
Saturated Fat: 3.5 grams, 17%
Sodium: 480 mg, 20%
Carbohydrates: 34 grams, 11%
Fiber: 4 grams, 15%
Sugars: 4 grams
Protein: 16 grams

Unfortunately, I ended up underwhelmed. Like they said over at The Impulsive Buy - this pizza is really sad looking. It vaguely resembles pizza that you're familiar with. It is a decent size though, and the taste is just so-so. It's not terrible, but there's not much deliciousness and ooey-gooey-ness to it - it's more like bread with a little something extra. As you can see from all the reviews of Weight Watchers products, there are many I enjoy, but this is not going in that category.

Each serving of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thin Crust Cheese Pizza (7 Points) provides 280 calories, 9 grams of total fat, 3.5 grams of which is saturated (13% and 17% of the daily values), 480 mg of sodium, 4 grams of fibers and sugars as well as 16 grams of protein.

I received samples for review, but it's available for sale in supermarkets for between #2 - $3.00. Unfortunately, this is not one that I would buy again. Other similar products by Weight Watchers Smart Ones that I would reach for are Weight Watchers SmartOnes Artisan Creations Chicken Marinara with Mozzarella Cheese Grilled Flatbread and Weight Watchers Smart Ones Artisan Creations Stone Fired Crust Pizza (Pepperoni).

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Sesame Noodles with Vegetables (Classic Favorites) Review

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Sesame Noodles with Vegetables

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Sesame Noodles with Vegetables is described as having Lo Mein pasta, snap peas, broccoli, carrots & red peppers in sesame sauce. I followed the directions, heating this up int he microwave for 3 minutes, then pulling back the film and heating again for another minute. A quick stir of things and I had something that closely resembled the picture on the packaging.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 pkg (255 grams)
Calories: 280
Total Fat: 2.5 grams, 4%
Saturated Fat: 0.5 grams, 3%
Sodium: 430mg, 18%
Carbohydrates: 55 grams, 18%
Fiber: 7 grams, 27%
Sugars: 14 grams
Protein: 10 grams

The overwhelming flavor of this meal is from the sweetness of the sauce. If you have a sweet tooth, trust me that this will take the edge of some of your cravings. All the components worked well together though, and I enjoyed the noodles & the mixed vegetables of which there was plenty. I don't know about you, but a frozen dinner alone is not enough to make a filling lunch, so to mine I added a side salad, an apple, a small container of yogurt and water - no sugary drinks necessary here. And that's still a little shy of 500 calories for a pretty tasty, filling meal.

Each packaged Weight Watchers Smart Ones Sesame Noodles with Vegetables meal provides 280 calories, a low 2.5 grams of total fat, 0.5 grams of which is saturated fat, 10 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 14 grams of sugars. Each one also provides 7 PointsPlus Value. The ingredients list is not too bad, lengthy, but most of the ingredients are recognizable. There is "sucralose concentrate" which is an artificial sweetener, so if you're not into that, be forewarned - and this helps to explain why it's so sweet.

I purchased 1 for $2.50 - they were on sale, and I would buy this one again. It's not a "wow" meal, but it's good enough to make a tasty lunch.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles Review

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken & Noodles

Get ready for a lot of Frozen Dinner Reviews, because I think I picked up one of everything from my local grocery store a few nights ago. I love when companies try to have more exotic flavors, so one of the 1st products I tried from my haul was Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 entree (260 grams)
Calories: 260
Total Fat: 4 grams, 6%
Saturated Fat: 0.5 grams, 4%
Sodium: 620 mg, 26%
Carbohydrates: 42 grams
Fiber: 2 grams, 8%
Sugars: 10 grams
Protein: 15 grams

The prep directions said to microwave for 4 minutes 30 seconds, which is what I did. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how good this meal was. It's simple - rice noodles, carrots & chicken in a "Thai style" sauce - and in this case, the simplicity paid off. There small chunks of chicken provided was quite plentiful, and it was well saturated with in a brown sauce. Loved the sauce - not as sweet and creamy as I expected (or dreaded), and when everything was mixed together, the sauce was the glue was what made the dish pop. It was flavorful with a hint of pepper after a few mouthfuls. The rice noodles on their own were quite bland - as all rice noodles are, so make sure to really mix everything together. The matchstick size carrots actually remained quite firm even after 4 minutes in the microwave, and they added a nice crunch to the meal.

I had this for dinner, but the 255 gram entree looked a wee bit small, so I added a side of Pictsweet Steam'ables Baby Sugar Snap Peas, which rounded out the meal nicely.

Coupons.com

Each Weight Watchers Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken & Noodles entree (260 grams) provides 260 calories from 4 grams of total fat (6% of the daily value), 0.5 grams of which is saturated (4% of the DV), 620 mg sodium (26% of the DV), 2 grams of fiber, 10 grams of sugars and 15 grams of protein. This has a 7 PointsPlus value, and the ingredients list, although lengthy, is mostly filled with recognizable ingredients.

I purchased this on sale for $2.50 and would definitely buy this again. It makes a tasty lunch and can be part of a really nice dinner. Another tasty Thai style frozen dinner option is Helen's Kitchen Thai Yellow Curry (Review).

I know some of you have been enjoying your vacations and this caused your Star System to somewhat collapse. I was on Staycation all of last week, complete with food indulgence (Oooo!) and a bit of lazy dazing (Ahhh!) so there was definitely some star implosion going on over here. I earned 23 out of 30 possible stars. Darn. But thank God its a new week with a clean slate!

EatSmart Joins Our Crew!

Go on and print out the pimped-out Star System Chart for this week. I revamped it to be real fancy for your eyeballs, and you can see that EatSmart Products has joined us as a Challenge sponsor! They’ve empowered me to spread the love onto you with some fabulous giveaways coming soon, so be sure to browse the land of food, bathroom and kitchen scales at EatSmartProducts.com.

This and every week you have the chance to earn a perfect count of 28 stars for consistency with your food and fitness activities. So what’s this week’s challenge to earn 2 bonus stars?

It’s a double-doozie, my people.

**More about the push-up activities: I keep hearing people say, “I wish I could do push-ups”. Well it’s time to stop wishing!! By the time October 31st rolls around, you’re going to be a BEAST at push-ups. When I started out doing push-ups, I could only do one. O-N-E. It really sucked and I was very discouraged. But I worked at it…consistently, and experienced fast gains in my progress. I can now do 75-100 in a workout circuit.

You’re going to experience fast gains, too.

Work on your push-ups 3-4 times this week, but definitely no less than 3 times. Whether you’re doing the girlie ones your knees or the full body version (my tutorial is here), earn the push-ups bonus star by doing this:

1) Make time to actually do the push-ups, and

2) By the end of the week, attempt achieve 1 or more reps than you did on your first day of push-ups. Do you feel the burn, baby!?

Have a great week everybody. And don’t forget to shout out your earned stars for last week in the comments section and link up to your blog posts!

Lightlife Smart Wings (Honey BBQ) Veggie Protein Wings Review

Lightlife Smart Wings (Honey BBQ) Veggie Protein Wings

I thought that perhaps one of the reasons I didn't like the LightLife Buffalo Smart Wings (Review) was because I prepared it in the microwave as opposed to the preferred method of pan-searing it. This time, I wasn't going to make that same mistake. I got my pan out, and followed the directions for that method of preperation for the (meatless) Lightlife Honey BBQ Smart Wings. Unfortunately, I know now that making it that way does NOT improve the taste any.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 4 wings (85 grams)
Calories: 120
Total Fat: 0%
Saturated Fat: 0%
Sodium: 430 mg, 18%
Carbohydrates: 16 grams
Fiber: 4 grams, 16%
Sugar: 9 grams
Protein: 13 grams

I said it before, and I'll say it again - it really is an insult to "wings" to have that in the title of this product, and it does the product a disservice to have people thinking that this might be similar to wings. It's not ... not even a little bit. It only slightly resembles a wing drumette - and it doesn't have the same texture or taste. The texture is like veggie protein, compact & dry without the sauce. It's not juicy and not even the honey barbecue sauce is the best thing about the product - sweet and slightly tangy, but it wasn't enough to make me like it.

The nutrition facts are pretty good though. Each serving of 4 Lightlife Honey BBQ Smart Wings provides 120 calories, no fat, 430 mg sodium (18% of the daily value), 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV), 9 grams of sugars and 13 grams of protein.

Coupons.com

The ingredients list starts with water, soy protein concentrate, wheat gluten, soy protein isolate and egg white powder. A package with 8 Lightlife Honey BBQ Smart Wings (2 servings), cost $3.99 at my local grocery store - but I received samples of this to consider for review.

Although there are some good reviews of LightLife products, this is not one that I enjoyed. But Lisa at HealthNutxo loved them - so let's hear from you - have you tried these before? What did you think?

Lightlife Smart Cutlets (Original) Review

Lightlife Smart Cutlets

I received a few samples of Lightlife Smart Cutlets (which are vegetarian - faux meat if you will), for review, and they have been making it easier to have Meatless Mondays for the family. I've already reviewed the LightLife Spicy Sweet & Sour Smart Cutlets was pretty decent, so let me tell you about the Original Lightlife Smart Cutlets.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 cutlet (85 grams)
Calories: 110
Total Fat: 0.5 gram, 1%
Saturated Fat: 0%
Sodium: 360 mg, 15%
Carbohydrates: 8 grams
Fiber: 3 grams, 12%
Sugars: < 1 gram
Protein: 17 grams

I followed the directions for doing it on the stove-top, but then got impatient and finished it up in the microwave - I was really hungry! First, I tried it as it - without any condiment enhancement. The texture was thick and ... meaty ... but without the meaty taste. In fact, the taste is sort of wheaty/ soy-ish - not really something I would eat by itself. I made a sandwich with it however, and doused in ketchup and Annie's Naturals Organic Honey Mustard - it was delicious. A pretty good way to get 17 grams of protein with very little fat.

Coupons.com

Each of the Lightlife Smart Cutlets (Original) (85 grams) provides 110 calories, 0.5 grams of total fat, 360 mg of sodium (15% of the daily value), 3 grams of fiber (12% of the DV), 17 grams of protein and less than 1 gram of sugars. The ingredients are, water, textured soy protein concentrate, wheat gluten, wheat starch, egg white powder, less than 2% of: yeast extract, cellulose gum, tapioca starch, potato starch, sea salt, natural flavor, salt, canola oil, sunflower oil.

A box with 2 cutlets costs $3.99 at my local grocery store, and I would buy this in the future - not to eat by itself - it definitely needs some seasoning, spices or condiments to enhance the flavor.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae Review

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae is described as, "a low-fat vanilla flavored ice cream, over a chocolate cookie crust, topped with fudge sauce, and fudge brownie chunks."

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 dessert (66 grams)
Calories: 140
Total Fat: 2.5 grams, 4%
Saturated Fat: 1.5 grams, 7%
Sodium: 70 mg, 3%
Carbohydrates: 26 grams
Fiber: < 1 gram, 3%
Sugar: 14 grams
Protein: 3 grams

From my experience with Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae, I knew this dessert was going to be on the small side and I would likely eat both of them. I didn't.

Yes it's small, but it's just too sweet and there's too much chocolatey business going on. The chocolate cookie crust, chocolate sauce & chocolate brownie - you have to have a serious sweet tooth to really enjoy this - and eat more than 1 at a time ... forget about it! Even the sweet addict of the house - the 10 year old - said this was too sweet for him.

Coupons.com

As I said before, a box contains 2 servings of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundaes, each of which provides 140 calories, 2.5 grams of total fat, 1.5 grams of which is saturated (4% and 7% of the daily value), less than 1 gram of fiber, 14 grams of sugars and 3 grams of protein.

This retails for $2.50 per box, but I received samples from the company to review. I much prefer the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae, but even that is just so-so.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae Review

alt=

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae is described as, "Low-fat vanilla flavored ice cream over a praline flavored cookie crust, topped with caramel sauce, chocolate chunks, and pecans." I got samples for the company, so one evening, I broke open the container where I found 2 desserts. I'm not even going to play around - I had them both - not because they are so delicious that I couldn't resist they're not), but because they were a little on the small side.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 dessert (62 grams)
Calories: 130
Total Fat: 3 grams, 4%
Saturated Fat: 1 gram, 5%
Sodium: 75 mg, 3%
Carbohydrates: 23 grams
Fiber: 0%
Sugar: 10 grams
Protein: 3 grams

Let's talk about the taste. The Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good or even memorable. Sure there's some a thin cookie crust on the bottom, and some caramel sauce with a few pecans & chocolate shavings sprinkled around, but everything just kind of blended together into a sweet concoction. I'm sorry to have to say this about Weight Watchers - especially since they were generous enough to send me quite a few samples - but I would rather make this myself, with an ice cream and toppings of my choosing.

Coupons.com

Each 62 gram container of this sundae provides 130 calories, from 3 grams of total fat, 1 gram of which is saturated (5% and 3% of the DV), no fiber, 10 grams of sugars and 3 grams of protein. Not bad at all - although like I said, it's on the small side.

I thought the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Turtle Sundae was okay, especially at around $2.50 per box with 2 servings, but it's probably better to spend a little extra on a container of low fat or reduced sugar ice-cream and create your own sundae. I would go with Edy's Slow Churned Cookie Dough Light Ice Cream or Blue Bunny No Sugar Added Reduced Fat Banana Split Ice Cream, drizzle lightly with Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup and sprinkle with just a bit of EatStrong Trail Mix. And I would still top it off with fresh strawberries - the best thing to eat with ice cream in my opinion ... and better believe 1 serving will leave me satisfied.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express Egg Sausage and Cheese Smart Morning Wrap Review

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express Egg Sausage and Cheese Smart Morning Wrap

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express Egg Sausage and Cheese Smart Morning Wrap (points for one of the longest product names to date), is described as, "Scrambled eggs and cheesy sauce with breakfast sausage, vegetables and cheddar cheese in a soft tortilla."

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 113 grams (2 pieces)
Calories: 240
Total Fat: 8 grams, 12%
Saturated Fat: 2.5 grams, 13%
Sodium: 560 mg, 23%
Carbohydrates: 38 grams
Fiber: 7 grams, 29%
Sugar: 2 grams
Protein: 11 grams

As you can see from the picture, this wrap was very cheesy, and that's just how it tastes. It was pretty good though, although I wouldn't go so far as to say delicious though. The portion of 2 of these thin egg wraps was a little small for me, but I suppose if it's PART of breakfast, say with an apple and maybe even a small container of low fat yogurt (like Dannon Light & Fit Blackberry Yogurt), then it would make a filling meal. For some reason, I also couldn't get this to heat evenly, but it might be my microwave, so although the directions said to heat for 90 seconds, I turned the wraps over and put them in for another 90 seconds to get it all warmed up.

I decided to open up the wrap and get a look at what was inside.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express Egg Sausage and Cheese Smart Morning Wrap

As you can see, the pieces of sausage are hidden, but there and I did taste it, but the veggies were practically non-existent.

Coupons.com

A box has 2 servings or 4 egg wraps. Each serving (2 wraps) provides 240 calories from 8 grams of total fat, 2.5 grams of which is saturated fat (12% and 13% of the daily value), 560 mg sodium (23% of the DV), 7 grams of fiber (29% of the DV), 2 grams of sugars and 11 grams of protein. The portion is also 6 Weight Watchers Points. The ingredients list is lengthy because, this is not an all-natural product.

I received samples of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express Egg Sausage and Cheese Smart Morning Wrap from the company, but WW products can usually be found for between $2.50 - $3.00. This is something that I could very easily make myself with less cheese, so less fat, and substituting Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits for the sausage to lower the fat and calories even more. For the wrap, look no further than FlatOut Multi Grain Wrap or French Meadow Bakery Organic Fat Flush Tortillas.

So I would buy this over Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express French Toast with Turkey Sausage Review, but really, this is one thing I would rather just make myself - it's not that hard or time consuming.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express French Toast with Turkey Sausage Review

Weight Watchers French Toast with Turkey Sausage

You've got mail! And in the package was Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express French Toast with Turkey Sausage. I thought this was an ambitious undertaking as a frozen, microwaveable food product, so I was really curious as to how this would turn out.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 126 grams (1 pkg)
Calories: 280
Total Fat: 8 grams, 12%
Saturated Fat: 2.5 grams, 11%
Sodium: 570 mg, 24%
Carbohydrates: 38 grams
Fiber: 2 grams, 8%
Sugar: 18 grams
Protein: 14 grams

Inside the box are 2 french toast slices, 4 small sausage ... bits, and a packet of syrup. I followed the directions to microwave, and the result was a pretty decent tasting breakfast meal. The french toast was slightly sweet on it's own, and of course, with the added syrup, the sweetness factor explodes. And the turkey sausage was like what a slightly smoky, salty turkey sausage should taste like. If you've ever looked at the astronomical fat content of sausages, you'll understand why there was not more included in this meal. The question I asked myself is, would I rather purchase this product for $3.09, or make my own french toast? More on that later ...

Coupons.com

The contents of each package of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Morning Express French Toast with Turkey Sausage provides 280 calories, 8 grams of total fat which includes 2.5 grams of saturated fat (12% and 11% of the daily value), 570 mg of sodium (24% of the DV), 2 grams of fiber, 18 grams of sugars and 14 grams of protein. The ingredients list is quite the lengthy diatribe you would expect it to be since this is not an all natural product, and this is 7 Weight Watchers Points.

This product retails for $3,09, so, back to the question, would I buy this instead of making it myself, especially since it's so easy to make? For me, french toast & sausage is an indulgent breakfast, and Weight Watchers Smart Ones did a good job of providing a portion that wasn't too high in calories and fat, but this is not something I would really be eating if I were following a "Weight Watchers" plan, or trying to lose weight. If I were indulging as a weekend breakfast for example, then I would prefer to make it myself. But as I said, WW did a good job on the taste.

What do you think? Would you buy this?

LightLife Smart Wings (Buffalo) Veggie Protein Wings Review

Lightlife Smart Wings (Buffalo) Veggie Protein Wings

LightLife Buffalo Smart Wings is described on the packaging as veggie protein wings, i.e. a vegetarian option to Buffalo chicken wings. The description on their website reads, "It's about to get a little spicy in here, folks. Our juicy wings are bringing all kinds of sassy sauce to the table, whether it's a party or a plain old Tuesday. So pick up a box and start wingin' it!" Please note the words in bold, we'll come back to them later.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 4 wings (85 grams)
Calories: 110
Total Fat: 3 grams, 5%
Saturated Fat: 0%
Sodium: 680 mg, 28%
Carbohydrates: 6 grams
Fiber: 4 grams, 16%
Sugar: < 1 gram
Protein: 13 grams

Let me start by saying, if you love wings, as I do, LEAVE this product alone. You will not be happy. You WILL think it's an insult to have the term "wings" in the product name. And "Smart Wings" at that. Of course, this is a vegetarian version, but some things are better left in the meat eating world, and this is a prime example. But, I might have to take some of the blame for making a lackluster product from these vegetarian wings. The directions for preparation on the box provided a "Skillet" and Microwave method. I did it in the microwave and that probably wasn't the best way - over at 125 Pounds, they had a good review of the pan-seared wings - but they did give me a choice!

Now, there are some redeeming qualities to LightLife Buffalo Smart Wings ... or rather, there is one redeeming quality ... the "buffalo" sauce isn't terrible. I wouldn't go so far as to call it "spicy" either, but it was flavorful. And while these veggie wings didn't come out dry, I also wouldn't call have referred to them as "juicy". What really weirded me out was the texture of these wing-shaped, veggie protein pieces. It's better if I wasn't thinking "wings" and was thinking textured protein - then this would have tasted just about as I expected.

A serving of 4 "wings" provides 110 calories, 3 grams of total fat (5% of the daily value), no saturated fat, 680 mg sodium (28% of the DV), 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV), less than 1 gram of sugar and 13 grams of protein (here's the ingredients list). This is way healthier than traditional chicken wings! On it's own, I have to say this product is lackluster. But it seems like it would work if it were cut up and incorporated into a tasty pasta or rice dish.

The suggested retail price of a 6 ounce box of LightLife Buffalo Smart Wings with 2 servings is $4.79. I received samples of this product to review, and I hate that I have to give it a bad write-up, but thankfully, I know LightLife makes some great vegetarian products, like Lightlife Smart Deli Pepperoni, Lightlife Smart Bacon and Lightlife Smart Deli Bologna Style Veggie Protein Slices.
Have you ever tried vegetarian wings?

Weight loss easier with SMART goals

Her advice for keeping a New Year, or anytime, weight loss resolution includes setting Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely goals.

Getting specific means writing things down, and since it takes time to break old habits, Glassett suggests focusing on one or two weight loss goals at a time and then move on.

Extreme weight loss can seem overwhelming, so Glassett suggests setting “mini-goals” that include a timeframe. – 5 to 10 pound weight loss in one to two months is doable, so set a focus for the short-term for setting measurable goals.

Family support and planning are important for losing weight and moving forward. If your family understands your goals, they’re less likely to promote foods that can thwart efforts at getting fit and trim.

Schedule exercise the same as appointments to ensure workouts fit into your schedule. Shopping on Sunday will eliminate the need to order out after a hard day at work and is an important part of planning to lose weight.

Small changes can make a big difference for SMART goals and ensure weight loss success: Glassett offers the following advice:

Choose whole grains that can prevent hunger between meals. Add color to your food plate from fruits and vegetables that are loaded with antioxidants, and try a new variety every month.Avoid sugary beverages such as soda, juice and calorie laden coffees that lack nutrition. Eat small, regular meals, and don’t skip. Get rid of vegetable oil in lieu of canola or olive oil that are high in omega-6 fatty acids to curb disease risk Lastly, keep a food diary, even if it’s just two or three days a week, shown in studies to help with weight loss.

It is a few weeks past New Year, but never too late to make a plan for exercise and weight loss. Using the plan outlined in the SMART goal acronym can make losing weight and sticking to resolutions easier – no matter when they’re set.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Artisan Creations Stone Fired Crust Pizza (Pepperoni)

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Artisan Creations Pepperoni Stone Fired Crust Pizza

I've actually only had one Weight Watchers Smart Ones pizza before, Weight Watchers Smart Ones Four Cheese Pizza, and it was just average. But I am a huge fan of single serving pizzas - you eat it, there's no left-overs and thus no temptation - so I decided to try another variety and opted for the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Artisan Creations Pepperoni Stone Fired Crust Pizza - yes, long name.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 173
Calories: 390
Total Fat: 8 grams, 13%
Saturated Fat: 3 grams, 15%
Sodium: 730 mg, 30%
Carbohydrates: 58 grams
Fiber: 4 grams, 17%
Sugars: 7 grams
Protein: 20 grams

I have to say that after I microwaved this, the pizza looked absolutely delightful. Large pepperoni slices covered the entire pizza, and it looked sufficiently cheesy. I bit into it and discovered that it was very tasty as well. The pepperoni was slightly spicy and the tomato sauce was just enough - I do not like tomato sauce dripping off my pizza and overwhelming the entire thing. The crust was not exactly crispy, but it was good enough for me. I think if I had opted to put this in the toaster oven it would have improved that aspect.
