Wednesday Weigh In: Down 1.6!

I’m thinking my body got used to working out again. Last week I was up a pound this week down 1.6. It’s all about staying consistent and the net loss. Slow and steady wins the race.

I’ve only got about 5 lbs to go and I almost have no doubt it will come off with time.

I got a nice run in today and yesterday I did a body pump class. It’s tough, but fitting in the workouts makes a huge difference in my mood.
