Anyway, I’ve gotta make this quick. I’m watching the Notre Dame game with the husband and it’s half time.
I’ve been a bit down. Eating just to eat. Skipping workouts for no real good reason. Not sure why. I’m just in a mini funk. I’ll run my way out of it tomorrow with the last scheduled training run before my half next week.
