The Eat Your Beans & Veggies Weekly Healthy Meal Plan

What's a girl to do when she's been on a "workout diet" and now needs to clean up her eating habits and prepare for a few duathlon and distance running events? Why, eat more veggies, beans and protein of course! That's what's on the menu for this upcoming week.
