one of my *many* pairs of BirkenstocksA few months ago I received an email which made me LEAP IN JOY, call husband at work, DANCE in my corky shoes and quite frankly NOT believe my luck.
The message was about a potential partnership with a company Ive worn since my KENYON days.
They wondered if Id be interested in working with them (interested? I paid my way through graduate school selling them!) and that the opportunity would be in Ladies Home Journal magazine (they had me at LHJ. I LOVE LHJ.).
I had no idea PRECISELY what the partnership would entail but I knew—to their delight or dismay—I had story upon story to tell.
The above hits newstands today in the October issue of Ladies Home Journal.
Im not embarrassed to say the above may also end up framed and hanging in my office.
Birkenstock brand + my MizFit brand = one huge item from my bucket list checked.
