Behold my electric tea kettle. This is the snazzy, yet simple device I’ve kept at work for two years now. It’s in my office. No need to use the workplace kitchen to microwave the waters. Just plug it in, the tea boils, it whistles in about 90-seconds, and then you’re done. My kettle-ing is totally privatized within the confines of my own office.
This is top secret tea-slurping type stuff. It’s only now that I reveal it to the world: I be brewin’ waters in my kettle all day long, yo.
One cup of Tazo Wild Sweet Orange Tea after breakfast. Two cups of Ito En Green Tea after lunch. And then I trek on home and use the Keurig to brew me some more Wild Sweet Orange before bed. It’s real luxurious ‘n stuff.
My love affair with tea is getting fancier by the second. Soon I’m going to the Teavana store to begin the ultimate adventure in loose tea leaves hailing from all kinds of exotic places. Check out the action photos. This is how I do tea-bagging.
I’ve been doing a lot of reading/research on the specific teas that promote weight loss and increase metabolism. This isn’t some hocus pocus, late-night-infomercial-with-false-claims type of stuff. It’s natural food doing the thing it does naturally. The same holds true, for example, for the foods that fight cancer or lower cholesterol. There’s no magic in that, right? Those foods just what they do. And the same holds true for certain teas and weight loss. I’m no longer a skeptic about that. I’ve honed in on the specific teas and shall report back to you soon with my findings real soon. Seriously can’t wait to share that info.
Holla at me if you’d like to hear about it, because it’s coming at ya. Stay tuned!
