My top 7 fitness tips.

(Which total only 5 because G-d forbid I do things the proper way.)

Blogging, writing, editing, and (for the most part) vlogging are all pretty solitary acts.

I adore what I do.

I can get lonely doing what I do.

That’s one of the reasons Im happy to be part of the Fitfluential team.
