No change this week, but I’m taking it as a total success. Between a Saturday date night with The Husband complete with margaritas and dessert and the HUGE chocolate cake he baked on Monday (long story – he had a craving) it could have been a lot worse.
I’m doing well on my training. Even though I missed my run today, I got in the weight training. I’m trying to stay flexibly consistent! ;)
