The Difference a Day Can Make

It’s amazing how much better I feel about myself when I’m eating good, healthy food.

Today, I made an effort to eat light and unprocessed. Coming off a week of eating out on vacation, I NEEDED it. I already feel better, almost lighter. It’s unbelievable how much difference a day can really make.

In other news…

1 egg/2 egg white omelet with zucchini and tomaote plus side of fresh blueberriesI’m going back to 1 egg/2 whites for my omeletes. It helps save a bit of calories and fat. This is how I made my eggs when I orignally lost the weight. Such a fun light summer lunch. I love it!LOVE watermelon season. Little Guy and I had fun cutting it up. I was putting the groceries away and almost broke into the deli cheese, something I used to do on a regular basis. Instead, I grabbed a round. It totally hit the spot. Grilled chicken, Corn on the Cob, Purple Cabbage Salad Hoping to post the cabbage salad on GreenLiteBites tomorrow. I loved it! Did great on the water and took my vitamins with Little Guy this morning.
