These are some recipes I bookmarked recently to make for this upcoming week's healthy meal plan.
Meatless Monday. I love meat as much as the next person, but it doesn't have to be an everyday thing. At least once a week, it's nice to get creative with non-meat dishes.
Lunch: Cedarlane Couscous & Vegetable Veggie Wrap + side of Seapoint Farms Veggie Blends with Edamame.
Dinner: Mock Chicken Piccata with Mushrooms made using Morningstar Farms Grillers Chik'n Veggie Patties.

Tuesday.
Lunch: Hawaiian Turkey Burgers + Wheat Berry Salad with Kohlrabi, Apple & Sunflower Seeds.
Dinner: Kashi Mediterranean Pizza + left-over salad from lunch.
