Do You Nibble?

Since going back to counting points I’ve become really aware of my nibble habit. Almost every time I make the little guy a meal, I take a bite. When I cook, I’m constantly taste testing. If food is around it somehow finds a way into my mouth. Most of the time I do it unconsciously and don’t even realize it until I’m chewing!

This is where food journaling makes a HUGE difference for me. This week alone I have stopped most mindless bites.There’s been a few here and there, like to today, but overall my awareness level has increased.

Now I KNOW I can’t be the only one with this a nibble problem. Fess up. Are you mindless nibbler? Does food journaling help? How do you manage it?
