Dinner

Mon: Meatless Monday. Sweet Potato Gnocchi (or adapt this recipe) + Birds Eye Steamfresh Whole Green Beans. Never made it before, but word on the street is this is delicious.
Tue: Baked Chicken Parmigiana plus (whole wheat) rice mixed with black beans. Yum!
