The Atkins website says, "Morning's never been sweeter or more satisfying. We bring on the chocolate chips and a rich, chocolaty bottom layer. Dream of chocolate, wide awake." I opened the package of one bar and found a nicely sized (35-gram) bar of crisps (soy nuggets) with a chocolate coating on the bottom and studded with chocolate chips. I took a bite and tasted the nuttiness of the soy nuggets, soybeans, and almonds, and also tasted ... coconut! That was quite an unexpected surprise, but it was quite pleasurable. I liked the crispiness of these, and the chocolate intermingled and on the bottom was just perfect. Like a plain granola bar but much more indulgent.

Most (if not all) of our Atkins bar reviews have shown that the bars have a high saturated fat count, but it's nice that this bar is sugar free, but protein and fiber rich, tasty and at a reasonable calorie count to boot. These bars are available on Amazon.com
