I have had weight issues for many years. I have used fad diets (weight watchers, south beach diet, slim-fast, etc) I recently decided to change my life including my eating habits. I decided to lose weight the old fashioned way and count calories and counting steps. I walk a lot, and so my step goal is 20,000 a day. I do this instead of working out more because i work a lot in a job where i am constantly moving, i work out on my days off. I decided that because it is safe, to eat 1500 calories a day, no questions or cheating. My question is to people who follow this same regimen to give me any tips, motivation, or their success stories, this will boost my will-power. easy 10 for the most motivating and educating!
