Let's just hand it to Celestial Seasonings - their seasonal teas are awesome - Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Tea and Sugar Plum Spice Holiday Tea are insanely good. Since the holidays are once again approaching, it was time to replenish my stock of these seasonal favorites and try some new ones. I decided to give Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Green Tea mostly because I love candy canes and wanted to see how this was interpreted in tea form.

I tried this flavor without any milk or sugar, as I usually take my tea straight to appreciate the flavor. Green tea flavor - check; along with a hit of peppermint to cleanse the palate. Even though I am a big evening snacker, this tea kept my mouth busy and my breath fresh with mint so that I didn't even want to snack after dinner!
The ingredients in this awesome Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Green Tea are Peppermint, decaffeinated green tea, orange peel, natural vanilla and mint flavors with other natural flavors, cinnamon, milk thistle, blackberry leaves, roasted carob, roasted chicory and vanilla bean. I felt like I was tasting a hot, healthy minty candy cane-ish beverage ... and doing my body good at the same time.
sponsorI found Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Green Tea on sale at my local market for $2.00 (the box contains 20 bags) - usual retail price is $3.29. There are 0 calories, and I WILL be buying a few more boxes before the supply dries up around February. Yeah - I sip these teas year round!
Do you drink tea - tell me your favorite as when it gets cold, I drink tea 2-3 times a day!
